Services

We render outbound counsel, purchaser plus vendor scouting, ingress planning, file assistance and commerce guidance per our Services pages. Every mandate stands ratified via a written draft or bill detailing remit, waymarks, schedules plus charges.

Fees & payment

Single-shot bundles invoice 50% at ignition and 50% at the settled go-trading landmark save where noted contrarily. Calendar-month holderships bill upfront and may freeze on 15 days' scripted advice. State imposts, permit dues, bazaar spends, haulage plus publicity pass at cost, excluded from expert charges save where expressly noted.

Client responsibilities

You covenant furnishing precise commercial, range plus fiscal intelligence swiftly, plus rendering verdicts and remittances sustaining settled calendars. Lags stemming from awaited customer inputs stretch waymarks proportionately.

No outcome guarantees

We warrant method, rigour plus conformity rigour — vetted purchaser contact, accurate lodgements plus recorded counsel. We warrant neither purchase bookings, platform nods, permit grants nor state turnaround spans, resting at external parties' pleasure.

Confidentiality

Each side guards mutually disclosed commercial intelligence privately, deploying it solely toward the mandate. This outlives closure.

Limitation of liability

Our aggregate exposure per mandate caps at the expert charges remitted therefor. We disclaim consequential shortfalls, purchaser failures, haulier lags or supervisory verdicts.
